ICE Free Zone Toolkit For your Neighborhood
The Chinatown-International District neighborhood is preparing to resist ICE/DHS in the coming months and during the FIFA World Cup this summer. We are declaring the CID an Ice Free Zone. We've seen what they've done to terrorize neighborhoods in Los Angeles, Chicago, New Orleans, and Minneapolis. Residents, workers, and businesses have been joining together to protect our neighbors. We are sharing this toolkit that was developed by community members as a template for you to organize with your neighbors and defend your neighborhood. Use the provided templates to create a community defense plan where you live! We hope that each neighborhood across Seattle, King County, and Washington will create a plan to keep our neighbors safe.
It's on each of us to declare our neighborhoods as an ICE Free zone.
